Not Bad
I like warm bed and adapter for my phone. Nice area
They chard 10$ if check out late, after 11:30 and more if after 12:00. Elevator smells very bad. My room is G101. Too difficult to find it, i saw G01 and my key not work. I lost many time to find out, nobody help, my suitcase is really heavy

Great location, entrance door with password.
Great location, entrance door with password. Room was clean and has individual bathroom.
Installations were really old (clogged shower, smell of used waters when the people next door took showers). Very noisy (very slim walls, people doing laundry all night long). No heater just a hot blanket and it was -2 degrees outside. I would highly recommend to bring your own toiletries. The balcony door lock was broken and all the balconies communicate, you better watch out for yourself and your belongings. I think the price is okay since you have an individual bathroom but I was very disappointed and didn't enjoy my stay in Korea because of the room. I would recommend to spend a few more bucks and find a place with greater services.

Overall, is okay if you travel alone and just need a space to rest.
Very easy to find the guesthouse based on information provided. Location is great, near bus and subway station.
However, room has limited space and can see dust on the tv and air conditioner’s controller. Wall has water leakage’s stain and mark.

The location is great.
The location is great. And the self check-in/check-out system is good.
The walls are so thin we can hear our neighbors distinctly. The shower was COLD, even if I have reported it to the counter it has not been fixed. The mateless downstairs is really uncomfortable.
